RPM Terms and Conditions

Reece Performance Model (“RPM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides athletic development, mental performance support, consultations, educational resources, visual and perceptual support, and related services designed to assist athletes, families, coaches, and performance environments.

By using the RPM website, submitting an inquiry, registering for a program, purchasing a service, or participating in any RPM offering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or RPM services.

Participants must be legally able to accept these Terms, or have a parent or legal guardian do so on their behalf. By participating, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you agree to follow RPM instructions, rules, and participation guidelines.

By participating in training, athletic development, exercise, or performance-related activities, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate, or have obtained medical clearance where appropriate. You agree to monitor your own condition and act responsibly during all activities.

Participation in RPM services may involve risks including physical strain, exertion, slips, falls, contact, equipment use, environmental conditions, and aggravation of existing conditions. By participating, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with RPM activities, except where prohibited by law.

Program costs are based on the length of the program, the structure of the service, and the services included. RPM reserves the right to update pricing, service structure, and package details for future bookings or registrations at any time.

Payment may be required in full before services begin unless another arrangement is approved in writing. Once a program is complete, payment is final. Refunds are not automatic and any request will be reviewed by RPM on a case-by-case basis, taking into account services already delivered and related costs.

Participants are responsible for attending sessions on time and communicating responsibly regarding scheduling. Missed sessions, short-notice cancellations, or repeated non-attendance may result in forfeited services, rescheduling limitations, or removal from a program without refund.

Users and participants must behave respectfully and responsibly while using RPM services, resources, facilities, and communication channels. RPM may suspend or discontinue service where conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with RPM expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPM and its owners, staff, contractors, coaches, consultants, and affiliates shall not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, claims, delays, or interruptions connected to participation in RPM services or use of the website, except where direct liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own appropriate insurance coverage, including health, accident, travel, or athletic insurance where applicable. RPM does not guarantee coverage for injuries, losses, or claims unless expressly stated in writing.

Unless restricted in writing, RPM may use photos, video, testimonials, comments, or media captured during programs, sessions, facilities, or related activities for editorial, educational, and promotional purposes. No compensation is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All RPM branding, content, materials, written resources, graphics, layouts, documents, and related intellectual property remain the property of RPM or its licensors unless otherwise stated. No protected material may be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially reused without written permission.

RPM provides support, development, and educational services designed to assist growth and performance. However, RPM does not guarantee specific outcomes, selection results, rankings, recruitment results, scholarships, or measurable performance improvements.

The RPM website may include links to third-party tools, software, maps, booking systems, payment services, or embedded content. RPM is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or security practices of third-party services.

RPM reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of RPM services or the website indicates acceptance of those updates.

RPM does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or digital services. The website and its content may be updated, changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice. RPM is not responsible for losses arising from server outages, compatibility issues, browser limitations, software conflicts, internet interruptions, file corruption, technical errors, or delays.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RPM and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your participation in RPM programs or services, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or resources, your conduct toward RPM or third parties, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
